About Boot Camp for Beauty Queens

 Boot Camp for Beauty Queens was founded in 2000 by former Mrs. Tennessee and Motivational Speaker, Dale Smith Thomas. Dale’s vision was to create a workshop that addressed the most important aspect of competition which she believes is creating personal self-worth. Dale and her two partners, Shana Teel-Ashcraft and Jenny Telwar, have created an empowering, educational, experiential workshop that equips participants with all the skills that are necessary to compete.

 Boot Camp for Beauty Queens has gained national attention. It was featured on the season finale of The Simple Life. Dale’s work has also been recognized on the Dr. Phil Show, CNBC, and Pageant School: Becoming Miss America on CMT, Vh1 and MTV.  Boot Camp for Beauty Queens will be featured on a Travel Channel Documentary that is airing in the spring of 2007.

 The results of Boot Camp speak for themselves. Over 70% of the Boot Camp participants go on to win their titles. This “get real” workshop helps young women transform their lives from the inside out.  Boot Camp covers all aspects of competition but more importantly it teaches each participant to win in the game of life.
